# What You Need:

→ Fruit

01 - 2 medium ripe bananas, peeled and sliced

→ Dairy

02 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

→ Liquid

03 - 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

→ Sweetener

04 - 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup, to taste

→ Add-ins

05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
07 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
08 - Ice cubes (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Place sliced bananas, Greek yogurt, milk, and sweetener into blender container.
02 - Add vanilla extract, cinnamon, seeds, and ice cubes if using thicker consistency desired.
03 - Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
04 - Taste and add more honey for sweetness or additional milk for thinner consistency as needed.
