# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Everything cooks in a single pan, which means more flavor and less cleanup when your energy is already tapped from the day.
  • The combination of lean turkey with vibrant peppers creates that magical sweet spot between healthy and truly satisfying.
02 -
  • Dont slice the turkey too thick or it will take longer to cook than the vegetables, leaving you with either undercooked meat or overcooked peppers.
  • The pan needs to be genuinely hot before adding the turkey if you want that beautiful caramelization that creates depth of flavor.
03 -
  • For extra richness, deglaze the pan with a splash of white wine after cooking the vegetables and before returning the turkey.
  • Pat the turkey dry with paper towels before cooking to ensure better browning and prevent steaming in the pan.
