01 - Combine the feta and cream cheese in a food processor. Blend until very smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
02 - Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spoon.
03 - In a small saucepan, gently warm the honey and red pepper flakes over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant. Do not let it boil. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
04 - Drizzle the hot honey evenly over the whipped feta.
05 - Finish with chopped fresh herbs and freshly cracked black pepper if desired.
06 - Serve immediately with crusty bread, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.
